Question: 2005 Pacifica - Cross member - severely corroded? Would Chrysler replace this as a covered defect?
The cross member - holding the engine is totally corroded, yet the entire remainder of the undercariage is completely solid and almost looks new.
Has anyone else encountered this? Looks like a defective piece.
Comments/suggestions.
