Question: transmission wont seperate

Trying to change my clutch and i cannot get the transmission to disengage from the engine block. It is in nuteral, got all 6 bolts off of the bell housing that holds it to the block. Currently sitting on transmission jack with the transfer case and the cross member removed. I have tried raising and lowering the transmission on the jack, pushed on the jack and the transmission both sided to side and fron to back, I have pried on the transmission from the gap between the bell housing and the oil pan and all to no avail... Ideas? Thx.
