Question: What's needs to be replaced possibly?

Going over bumps at 55-60mph my 2007 durango shimmys/wobbles over a little bitIt's only in the front. Also driving any speed, you can hear a clinging metal noise when going over bumps. Could something be worn, loose maybe also making the reasoning for the shimmy driving at higher speeds on roads.
Also when I start the vehicle it idled rough and it sounds like a squeaking noise (timing belt spinning around and around).
It idled low as well also like under 1000 rpm while in park only. Doesn't shut off or anything but definitely can tell there is something there needed to be checked.
Has anyone had these similar problems with their 4.7 flex fuel engines? The mileage is at 207,000 and has been going strong.
Thanks.
